Ever since Marie was a young teen, she knew that she wanted to work in healthcare with pediatric patients. She graduated from Wichita State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 and immediately started working at Wesley Medical Center with pediatric patients. In 2009, she switched from inpatient nursing to clinic nursing which brought her to Mid-Kansas Pediatrics. After working as a nurse at MKPA for 10 years and being inspired by all the amazing providers, she decided to further her education to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her education from Maryville University in May 2023.
She has been married for 17 years and has 3 children, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Her family is very active in their church and enjoy spending free time going to sporting events and having fun together.
